Once again, and particularly considering this year\u2019s theme, the marina and its surroundings are included in the programme for their architectural value. Specifically, they are included on a tour that will set off from the Harbourmaster\u2019s Building; enter the hotel, which is not yet open to guests, to see from the terrace how the coast has been transformed; and continue along the promenade, explaining the transformation of a run-down area into one with urban quality that is well used by the public.
