The company’s governing and management bodies are:
- The General Meeting. This consists of representatives (50% each) of the two partners: Badalona City Council and the Government of Catalonia. It is chaired by the Mayor of the City.
- The Board of Directors. This consists of 14 people (seven representing the City Council and seven representing the Government of Catalonia). It is chaired by the Mayor of the City.
A first vice-chair (Government of Catalonia) and second vice-chair (City Council) are appointed. The board may choose to appoint executive directors from among its members (serving for five years renewable once or more times for a period of equal duration). There are currently no executive directors and the company is run by the management. - The Management. Imanol Sanz Martínez has been manager of Marina Badalona since 1 February 2013.
