GOVERNING BODIES

THE COMPANY’S GOVERNING BODIES ARE THE GENERAL MEETING, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE MANAGEMENT

The company’s governing and management bodies are:

The General Meeting. This consists of representatives (50% each) of the two partners: Badalona City Council and the Government of Catalonia. It is chaired by the Mayor of the City.
The Board of Directors. This consists of 14 people (seven representing the City Council and seven representing the Government of Catalonia). It is chaired by the Mayor of the City.
A first vice-chair (Government of Catalonia) and second vice-chair (City Council) are appointed. The board may choose to appoint executive directors from among its members (serving for five years renewable once or more times for a period of equal duration). There are currently no executive directors and the company is run by the management.
The Management. Imanol Sanz Martínez has been manager of Marina Badalona since 1 February 2013.
