Expands programming to accommodate all audiences, including children
The festival opens on Friday, July 1st with a concert by La Chica de Ayer, a pop rock tribute band from the 80s and 90s, and will end on Sunday, July 31st. One of the highlights of this edition is the performance of Los Vivancos, the famous flamenco group of international prestige. In addition, and as is tradition, the attendees will be able to enjoy the traditional dance gala, under the artistic direction of Marisa Yudes, with young Catalan figures, such as Pau Pujol or Salvador Martínez, among others, who are successful in the most important companies in the world such as the Philadelphia Ballet, the Poznan Opera or the Korpo Dance Project.
This 10th edition stands out for having a very diversified entertainment and musical offer with salsa, rumba or habaneras shows, as well as a journey through the most relevant music of the 80s and 90s with performances by very popular tribute groups that will sing the most legendary songs by U2, Tina Turner, Eric Clapton or Dire Straits. In addition to the wide musical offer, one of the novelties of the 10th edition is the commitment to comedy shows, with monologues by Carlos Pozo, Sergio Marín, Javier Benítez and Carlitos humorista. There will also be shows designed for the youngest, such as DJs every night, and children’s performances for the little ones with the Grimpallunes or the Trencamandres.
From 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., the festival will once again feature a wide range of local restaurants at the Marina Badalona facilities. The foodtrucks with a wide gastronomic offer, the chill-out area and the Markets will complement the recreational offer designed for all audiences.
